How long does it take to create a website?

We hear this question very often, but the answer is not universal. Let me ask you in return, “How long will it take until you make me a car?” What brand? What model? What color? How fast? … so we could go on and when you give me the answer, I’ll tell you that I would still like to have a folding roof and our calculations are … well, somewhere else. With website projects it is the same, each client has his / her ideas and every project of has its users. Both, you and your users, shape the project. In general, we are talking about 1 month when it is possible to create a basic quality website, but only if we have all the documents and texts from you and we do not have to wait for each other to start design & development process.

Time estimation

Website
We can do microsites in 1-2 days, but the quality website usually takes 1-2 months (in case the deal is quick and we have all the materials).

Eshop
Creating an eshop is usually a little more complicated, again it is about what you need. Starting a reasonable eeshop usually takes 2-3 months.

Application
The application needs a solid assignment. The basic application development takes 3 to 6 months and subsequent works on tuning. We often create a minimalistic version in 1-2 months which is ready to be tester and deployed. Next, we deploy new features based on defined milestones and improve current solution with agile approach.

Graphic design
Graphic design can be done in 1 – 2 weeks. It depends on what you need, some small works could be done in matter of an hour.

Optimization
The time of the optimization is tricky, it is rather a series of long-term and short-term tasks. We will setup a plan in first month and do first tasks to measure and improve your online presence. In following time, we will evaluate results of measurement and propose best course of actions.
